Step 8. Double-click on the newly created file and set its Value data as 1. Now click on the Ok button to save changes.

Step 9. Press Win + X keys and select Windows PowerShell (Admin). Execute the following command inside PowerShell:

Step 10. Agian launch the Registry Editor and delete the TurnOffAntiVirus file from Windows Defender directory. Once you’ve deleted the perspective file, restart your PC. It’ll reboot and enable Windows Security without Msmpeng.exe. So you’ll not be bothered by it in the future.
