In my view, there is only one quick solution to solve this error. The other solution may not be convenient for us. Here are both solutions.

Solution 1: Creating a new Local Admin account is apparently the simplest and the easiest way to solve this error. The procedure is comparatively convenient.

Solution 2: The other option is off the table because in this solution we have to revert the Windows 10 to version v1809 OS. And requires new features that the May 2019 Update has to offer.

How To Create A New Local Admin Account

Click the Start button. In this menu open settings.

When the settings page opens, Go to the Accounts tab and click on it.

When the account tab opens, select “Family and other users” and Click Add someone else to this PC.

Now follow these steps to make a New Administrator Account

  1. Type a user name, password, and password hint.
  2. Click Next.
  3. Click on the Change account type.
  4. Click the drop-down arrow and choose the Administrator to set the account to the administrator level.
  5. Disable the previous administrator account.

Now Restart your computer for changes to take place. Login to your new account that you just have created.
