Twitter user discovered a prompt which allows Outlook users to link their Google Mail and calender with their accounts. Regrettably, Gmail integration is only available for those who are part of the testing group. Now people can easily manage their Google Drive and Gmail account under the roof of Outlook. This addition shows the Outlook developer’s Hardwork and dedication towards their users.
It is very easy to find out this feature its allies in Outlook Menu. You just need to follow a couple of steps to spot and enable it. Here’s how to do it.
- Open Outlook on your PC or smartphone.
- Visit the Envelope icon present on the left-hand side. Once you clicked a dialog box will appear saying “Add your Google Mail and Calendar to Outlook and easily manage everything in one place.”
- Click on the Try it option as shown in the below image.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to add your Google Account.
- Now you can use all of your Outlook Mails in your Gmail Inbox.
This feature is new so there is not much enhancement in it yet. The developers are still working to enhance integration. Hopefully, you will be able to link more than one Gmail account with Outlook Account in the future.
